Finorys (a financial technology project currently in development and testing phase; referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) places the highest importance on your privacy and the protection of your personal data – even at this early stage.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit www.finorys.com, use beta/test versions of our mobile apps, demo environments, or interact with any tools we currently offer.

*Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, cookies)
*Your feedback and support messages
*Voluntary information you provide in forms (country, investment interests, etc.)

(Note: We do not yet collect real financial data, KYC documents, payment cards, or banking details.)

2. How We Use This Data
*To send you project updates, launch announcements, and exclusive invitations
*To improve our product using anonymised usage statistics
*To answer your questions and support requests
*To comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Legal Bases
*Your explicit consent (waitlist and contact forms)
*Pre-contractual steps at your request

4. Who We Share Your Data With
At this stage, only with:
*Our cloud infrastructure providers (primarily EU-region)
*Analytics tools (data is anonymised)
*Competent authorities when required by law

5. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the European Union, United States, and Singapore. When transferred outside the EEA, we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. How Long We Keep It
*Waitlist and contact details: until launch (or until you ask us to delete them)
*Analytics data: kept in anonymised form indefinitely
*Upon your request: we delete everything immediately

7. Your Rights (Effective Right Now)
You can at any time:
*Access, correct, delete, or receive your data
*Unsubscribe from marketing emails instantly
*Withdraw your consent whenever you want

We protect your data with AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, strict access controls, and regular security testing.

10. What Happens Next?
When Finorys officially launches and real financial services become active, this policy will be automatically updated to the full financial-services version and you will be notified.
